Guest dwallersv Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 I've seen it referenced here before that there is an app for recording voice notes, and also can be used to record phone calls. For the life of me I can't find it. Is this not on the 910? Can someone point me to it?
Guest necosino Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 You can use Google Voice to record calls, it's great, and can even transcribe your voicemails! :D
Guest Koofteh Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 (edited) Some of the cooks include Auto Call Recorder for recording your conversations, seems to work well. You can find it by itself here. For simple voice notes you can just use the Notes application on your phone (enable the recording toolbar from the menu) or get something more advanced. You can try Microsoft Recite which allows you to record voice notes and then search through the stuff you've recorded by simply saying what you want to find. Edit: How do you use Google Voice on the Omnia? I thought they didn't have a WinMo client yet... plus, it's US-only for now. Edited August 17, 2009 by Koofteh
Guest necosino Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 They don't, but you basically just call your google voice number, make a call, and then press a number to begin recording. :D
