Guest Jokes On You Posted August 19, 2009 Report Posted August 19, 2009 (edited) Is there an app for winmovile that does this? http://www.androidtapp.com/locale/ There is one that does that but it works based on time. Check xda for a program called volume profile or something like that. Found two. OS Profiler sets the ringer based on your time inputs and AutoRingVolume does it based on the noise level outside. I gave it a shot yesterday and I love the features but my Omnia got really hot and the battery died in about 3hrs from a full charge. I usually get 25hrs out of a charge with normal usage. Thanks

Thanks That is because from my understanding for these programs to work they have to create a notifier that monitiers your device for the specified situation so there will be an increase an battery usage. That maybe be bug or software/rom conflict but I can't confirm that.
