Is there an app for winmovile that does this?

http://www.androidtapp.com/locale/

There is one that does that but it works based on time. Check xda for a program called volume profile or something like that.

Found two. OS Profiler sets the ringer based on your time inputs and AutoRingVolume does it based on the noise level outside.

So there is not a location based app that does this?

Also, G-Profile is free, and has many features. It can also do cell-id based profiles.

Does anyone here use this on the i910? I gave it a shot yesterday and I love the features but my Omnia got really hot and the battery died in about 3hrs from a full charge. I usually get 25hrs out of a charge with normal usage.

Thanks

That is because from my understanding for these programs to work they have to create a notifier that monitiers your device for the specified situation so there will be an increase an battery usage. That maybe be bug or software/rom conflict but I can't confirm that.
