Where are saved Java (installed) games?

Hi, I'm new in this forum and I think...it's great!

I want to do the original software update with my I900, but first I need to copy the saved java game to don't lose them. The important is not the only game but the "saved game", with all I done in the game. Are in the Windows\java directory? I've seen that there are many files with any numers/extensions...
