HTC Snap Unlock - Help!!

Hi,

I have an HTC Snap from Telecom NZ. It is application locked and the provider is saying "nothing to do with us guv", it's a standard Windows Mobile install apparently and the Tier 2 security is what's causing the issue.

Has anyone had any luck unlocking this phone?
