Changing in-call HOTKEYs

Does anyone know how to change the in-call hotkeys so that pressing the call button will turn on/off the loudspeaker instead of putting the current call on hold?

Yes. You can do that with app named AE Button Plus.

Thanks DJ Lucas, AEButton will not allow me to just change the action of the "green button" to have a particular action only during a phone call. Do you know of a way around this?

No. I don't know the other way to do this.
