Guest ¬_¬ Posted August 26, 2009 Report Posted August 26, 2009 I have google maps and BAF GPS toggle installed & google maps. Location only is enabled. When I go to the today screen and press GPS on, it doesn't find any satellites. My roommate's phone gets 4-5 satellites almost instantly. Google maps doesn't find any satellites either :D Do I have to start the GPS toggle service or something? I have no idea what to do to fix this. I've used the search function and looked around, but everyone just says to installed GPS toggle or enable location only.. I have an Omnia i910 running Blazingwolf's MS3 6.5 firmware. Thanks so much.

My experience is that it takes quite a bit of time to get a signal the first time you try. Go outside making sure you have a clear view of the sky. Acitvate GPS toggle and wait until you see a band of green indicating you have a valid signal. Then turn on Google maps and give it a try. The next time you want to use the GPS system, it should connect much faster.
