Guest xdalover Posted August 26, 2009 Report Posted August 26, 2009 (edited) This device has an annoying behaviour when battery is low: Toshiba seems to consider the users as babies and decides (thinking in our well being) to cut off both the USB connection, and also WIFI connection. I'm already big enough to decide if I wan to runout my battery and how... So, my question is, does anybody know how to remove these stupid limitations? Thank you Edited August 26, 2009 by xdalover
Guest The Real Mc Coy Posted August 27, 2009 Report Posted August 27, 2009 I think this is not Toshiba's but Microsoft's power managment. I cannot see a way to bypass this...

I have a XDA Flame with WM6.1 and I've owned some other WInMo devices in the past with WM2003 and WM5 and this is a never seen before behaviour ..

Guest The Real Mc Coy Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 (edited) Same for me on my TG01. Looking for a way to avoid it. Found nothing relevant in the registry. Edited December 8, 2009 by The Real Mc Coy
Guest ToshBang Posted December 10, 2009 Report Posted December 10, 2009 There's a tick box on the wifi settings tab of wireless manager to switch off the wifi at low battery click signal strength indicator symbol at top of today screen, wireless manager, options, wifi settings. This seems to be same for 6.1 and 6.5 phones. Sorry can't be more specific as mine went back a couple of days ago due to call quality issues (bang/pop noises heard by other person in call). ;)
Guest The Real Mc Coy Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 Did not find what you are talking of... no tick box for me.
