Delete contacts on phone

I have by mistake got duplicate of all contacts uploaded on my omnia. Is there a way to delete all the contacts on the phone in a single click?

I have a backup on my outlook and can sync and get back the contacts.

If you set up to sync to an exchange server then remove the sync to the exchange server WM deletes all your contacts. (I have lost all my contacts this way)

Or you can go into the contacts screen, then menu - selection - select all, Menu - delete (confirm) and this will delete them all.
