WM2003 and Nokia Eseries - bluetooth dial-up

Is it possible to connect to the Internet from a WM2003 device through bluetooth dial-up networking using recent Nokia Eseries phone as a modem? I tried this with WM2003SE HTC Blueangel and it worked, but I'd like to know if WM2003 first edition will do. Or does it depend more on the particular device than the OS it has?
