Questions on start.vzw.com difference between 6.1 & 6.5

For those with good eyes, if you have looked at the start page in internet explorer mobile for most roms is start.vzw.com.

Now, if you have 6.1 you will get some links (denoted by icons) that will allow you to check your account via your device, i.e. pay bill, add/remove features, etc.

But if you have 6.5 you won't get these links.

Is there a workaround link or an user-agent string via registry that can be changed to get these icons back?
