i900 no sound at all

As the title say I have no sound fro my i900 omnia even with the volume set to full.

It seems to be working almost normally otherwise, I can make and receive calls and use satnav software etc,

receiving a call it will vibrate but no ringtone and no sound through the earpiece.

Any ideas or is it new phone time?

***Edit*** I do have sound through the headphones, so I must be missing something simple !!!

Did you add any app or did it suddenly turned off?

in case of the latter, return it to the service center for a check up (could be a hardware issue).

if you installed an app that caused the problem, try Reset, Hard Reset or Update your ROM

Thanks for the replies :D

So far I have tried about 3 6.1 roms and a 6.5 rom

one of the 6.1 roms gave me sound working normally until the phone went into standby mode.

then on coming out of standby I am back to the no sound issue.

If I reset the phone via the reset button next to the on/off switch it works with sound again with that rom.

Problems started occuring after messing around with tomtom navigator, but I thought reflashing the rom would clear everything out and totally reset the phone including drivers etc.

I have also tried using the SRS WOW drivers from this forum but they don't help either.
