really need help

hi everyone 1st post and its a problem

ill start from the beginning

couple of months ago i installed 1 of Sectors 6.5 roms which was great and had no problems with

that was up until friday when i came to install Graddz new taskbar (installed 1 before with no problems)

after installing it my fone became extremely slow and unresponsive so uninstalled it which didnt cure the problem

after looking around i decided to do a hard reset (device only), this cured the slowness.

i installed SDKCERT first then tried the taskbar again and got the following

Installation was unsuccessful. The program or settings cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions

tried reinstalling sdkcert again multiple soft resets still same

tried replacing BTIconNotifier. will not let me change anything in the windows dir

tried Khuanchai latest rom still same

now got Sectors latest and same again

found these reg entries

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\]

"0000101a"=dword:1

"00001001"=dword:1

"00001005"=dword:28

"00001017"=dword:90

"0000101b"=dword:1

that didnt work.

some more hard resets (full) still nothing and thats where im stuck and need help

i dont have any probs installing SPB3 or games just anything that needs to change something in the windows dir

also cant view the windows dir with Total Commander

any suggestions much appreciated

i had the same prob with mine at one time i had to reflash rom then reinstall and that was the only way i cld get it to work

I had to install BT notifier because my rom didn't have it and sdkcerts (because you need it).

Other than that just make sure you're installing to your device not to Storage card or My Storage.

it seems like i am not the administrator and only a "guest"
