Problem with vito audio notes touch

My Audio Notes is only recording the person i am talking to, and not my side of the conversation when using Bluetooth. 70-80% of the time i am on a headset so this is a major issue with me. I think it worked last time i just used the phone to talk, but the instances i want to use audio notes are when i am taking notes anyway, so i really need a solution if there is one.

I have done some searching, but nothing really presents itself as a viable option.
