irritating Screen Rotation

anyone else have this problem where the auto-rotate feature seems to kick-in a bit early?

i.e. if i'm rotating the phone from portrait into landscape, the screen flips when the phone is at about 45 degrees.

If i require landscape either the app will supply it, or I use the SPB 3 shell rotate facility.

Heres a nice little app that i use that when opened rotates the screen, then back when opened again.

How dumb do i feel, i've got Pocket plus installed and didn't notice the option. Thanks xdalover, one less app installed.
