Samsung Jack WiFi Question?

So I just upgraded to the Samsung Jack from my Blackjack 2. I like it quite a bit, but mostly got it for the WiFi. However, I want to make sure I am using WiFi and not my data plan. Is there a way to permanantly set it to only using WiFi to browse the web?
