Guest stimulant Posted September 1, 2009 Report Posted September 1, 2009 My active sync sucks....so I connect my TG01 via blue tooth. I can send and receive files each way but it wont connect by active sync. when I tell it to connect via active sync it tells me to partner my phone with my pc. Done that....but once it is partnered it wont let me connect to my pc (though I can still send and receive files) for active sync. and ideas what settings I need to change and where?

Not all bluetooth stacks support Activesync profile. Check the drivers you have installed on the PC if they support activesync profile or not. if not install other drivers.
Guest Neil5459 Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 I think you need to create a valid Activesync profile via the cable connection before Bluetooth ActiveSync will work.
Guest i900french-addict Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 I never could USE activesync with USB, my vista PC asks for drivers but don't find them...or fail to install them! So I use wifi. What is strange is that I can install some applications requiring activesync (example: the drivers for my BT gamepad, from the CD), but some other applications say that activesync is not installed or connected.........
