Pleeeease help- cant open zip files

I have installed spb mobile shell 3, then once I had installed it, I saw the 'spb mobile shel 2.1.2 skins relsease3.1.1' folder still on the stoage card, so I deleted it...during trying to delete it, it asked me if I would like to delete mortscript with it, I clicked yes as I assumed the new spb skins 4.1 file would have its own mortscript or somthing...

But now I try to open the spb skins 4.1 file on my phone and it pops up an error saying:

"the file spb mobile shell 3.0 skins reslease 4.1 cannot be opened. either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found. if the problem persists try reinstalling or restoring the file" :)

Ive soft reset and I have deleted the file and put it back onto the phone again but it still creates the same error, also there are a few other install files that have all changed their icon to the same Windows Logo icon, and none of them run when I click on them

Please can somebody help..what do I need to do to be able to open these types of files again?

EDIT: I have since downloaded a mortscript cab for the program to try this and am .arm file of winrar, and installed these on my phone fine....but I still cannot open the spb skins file or any others of the same file type.....why is this! :) Pleaseeeeee somebody help me!

just open the skins with winrar and click the folder but hold your finger till it gives the options to extract. then extract them into the origional spb folder on your device then once extracted click on install mcrs. i in stall new skins all the time. any questions just pm me

I forced the file to open with a program of my choice (pocket rar obviously) then I just made a new folder in my storage (the original spb folder was in \ and I didnt have enough memory left) and it has all worked since :)

...now im gunna b cheeky and ask if you kno about any ways of gettin texts off the phone onto a p.c? because I need to spare alot of phone memory before something bad happens lol

glad to hear you got it to work!

as for the texts, i use spb backup for that. its not free but they give you a trial version that works fine for i think 15 backups. it will give you the option to backup texts,contacts,files,prettty much anything you want. its very straightforward and user freindly. pm if this does not work for you.

I use PIMBackup. It does all of that for free.
