Backup Contacts?

So yeah, I started to recently use custom ROMs with my Omnia and I would like to keep up to date with the newest of the newest.

I am currently on shokka9's WM6.5 23009 SHKv17, and would either like to flash to the v20 of his or another/newer(?)/better(?) ROM.

However, of course, when you flash your phone, all contacts are removed. Each of my contacts have multiple numbers a picture to go with, but when I backup my contacts to my SIM, only the contact name and first number is saved.

Is there a program which can backup my contacts with their multiple numbers and also the picture?

I can't seem to find an option using the Windows Mobile Device Center in Vista.

Also, even with a custom ROM, my Contacts list seems to be showing both SIM and phone Contacts which is very annoying and takes much longer to get to the bottem of the list. Editing the registry to hide SIM Contacts seems to reset itself after a reboot. Is there a fix or way to do this?
