Am starting my cooking way and I was wondering where I can find a non cooked version of the new WinMo 6.5 Build 23041 to try plauing with it :)

You can't cook a cooked ROM so i believe that all you have to do is to get an official 6.1 ROM m the one which it's size between 140 & 150 MB the big onces, then you get the ported XIP & SYS from the 6.5 build you prefer, then bona petite.
