Large display signal meter?

Anyone know of a tool that will display cell signal strength in a large graphic on the display?

This would be really useful when I'm driving and looking for a place to pull over while driving where there is a good, strong signal so I can get some high-speed data performance.

Trying to look at those little tiny bars in the menubar while driving is very difficult, and dangerous.

Off-hand, the first thing that comes to mind is to flash to the newest WM6.5 ROM. If you tap anywhere on the top system bar, all the icons becone about 1/2 inch high, pretty easy to see.
