Guest Tibitz Posted September 7, 2009 Report Posted September 7, 2009 (edited) Hi! I've tried some of the new modified ROM's. I'm new to hero by the way. Now I got the wifi set up and running. It appears to be ok, but when I try to connect to the internet through the browser or any programs like stocks, weather etc, I get "no connection" error. I've also try to wipe before installing the new ROM's and reinstalling, but nothing works. Please help! Edited September 8, 2009 by Tibitz
Guest Tibitz Posted September 8, 2009 Report Posted September 8, 2009 I really want to try and start over! Can someone please tell me how to remove the recovery image and completely reset the Hero so it will be like an out of the box phone?

I hope you did a nandroid backup - if so you can try to restore your backup image from the cyanogen recovery. This should restore your phone to its initial state, however as to how you can remove the cyanogen recovery image if you've actually put it on your phone permanently I don't know.
