[help] omnia i900 black screen of death.

bought the Samsung Omnia i900 unlocked(T-mobile USA) a couple months ago, however there has been problems with phone.

1. The phone does not turn back on from Sleep Mode (I think that it is called the Black Scene of Death)

2. Occasionally the phone does not charge properly with all the chargers I have tried.

These problems usually occured when the phone was over-heated.

I was wondering if it is a ROM problem or hardware problem.

My device version is DXIA5/DXIA2.(I've tried custom cooked rom by sector and qbus, but same problems happen.)

I think it's philliphine version and I'm living in USA.

I'm googling so many times but I counldnt get the solution.

someone says it could be sim card problem(now I'm using T-Mobile USA), but I'm not sure if it's becuz sim card, how I can fix it.

It's really annoying and I can't stand with this problems.

If anyone know how to fix this problems, plz comment and reply it.

Mine had a similar problem once and it was the ROM and software combination I had. I havent had this in a long time now and use custom WM6.1 builds. Try flashing with:
