Help!! got a error msg on my hero.

I have a problem with my hero. I get a error msg all the time?

The msg say this :

acore has stopped unexpectedly.

Please try again

And i must hit force close to close the msg.

What is this, plz help me!

It seem that i got this msg when i trying to sync with google mail....all mail contackt in gmail have been erased too. How kan i get my google contact from my phone too gmail then..plz help me
