Help! Chinese ROM->Nordic Rom possible?

hello everyone!

Omnia is my first smart phone so im pretty much a newbie. I have a question about ROM.

I bought my omnia in China and the version is Software:XDID1 and phone:i900NSPRO. Now I moved to Norway and I want to have norwegian as language on my Omnia! is that possible to just install the norwegian ROM on my Omnia then everything become norwegian? or the case is not that simple?
