my phone function blocked by one application....need urgent help pls

Hi Guys,

I tried to download wi-fi router application for my Samsung Omnia, it worked for a day then stoped working then I download similar one but old virsion, it worked too, but after that it's not letting my phone to function.

Means, when I check on signal bar it says no phone service. When I press green dial button for phone function, I m getting error message 'The file wmwr_cprog' can not be open. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate.......try reinstallingthis file''. It has blocked my all contacts and all basic phone function, so I can not use my phone to call. Strange thing is I could get connected to internet, all the application working fine except my phone. 

Is there any way to get rid of this without reset it to factory mode?????? when I soft reset phone, I'm getting same error on start up. Try to check on start up option in windows but can't find it there. Don't know how to remove this from phone.

Please if u have any solution then forward me, your time and help is much appriciated.

Settings > System > Remove Programs?
