Headset Volume

I noticed that the 23049 rom does not have soundtester. However music and video volume is less then what it was unde rthe stock CF03 after using the documented update in Soundtester. Is there a way to boost the volume on these roms?

Another thing I noticed is that SPB MS3.1, in the Lifestyle page, moving icons around is sluggish and it is more difficult to position them than under the stock rom. Has anyone else npoticed this problem? Are there any fixes.

Last questions, I tried three different cabs for Titanium themes, and after following the procedure documented in this forum, the new themes do not appear inthe list of theme in the 'home' settings under 'themes'. I am disabling titanium before installing the cab file, and reseting afterwards. What am I missing?
