Guest tsutton Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 T-Mobile increases roaming rates from 26 October Well, that did not take long... T-Mobile has announced via text messages, saying that they are to increase the roaming charges for all customers who use it outside the EU.T-Mobile has announced that it will be increasing roaming charges for all customers outside the EU from 26 October. The company sent text messages out to its customers to inform of the changes, which will affect all PAYG, contract and some business customers. A steep increase in prices will take effect for calls made and received in Andorra, Faroe Islands and Switzerland, where the price will rise from 55p per minute to £1 per minute. That's like double of the price! I wonder how it will affect existing customers, with all of the Orange/T-Mobile merger. Will this cause customers to leave T-Mobile and go elsewhere? Is the price increase a good deal for you? [Via: Mobile Magazine]
