Opera saving IMG's issue

Getting a issue with one of my omnia's/opera. Trying to save a IMG from facebook and getting an error; Title "Could not write to file. Dis... (OK)" Subject "Not enough disk space to download. Delete some files first."

Bogus, plenty of main mem and storage mem. Im sure this is a permission error but i have NO clue where to look to get that fixed. Tested on my other omnia and it saves the pic fine. Any clues, please?

EDIT:

Things to note, tried MMS/Email sending as well - does nothing. On the working phone, actually brings up the correct MMS/Email screen. Couple of things have been done to this phone, changed the UI from PointUI to SPBM3. Not sure if it was working before that change. Able to sync phone and transfer files from PC -> Mobile. Both omnia's using Verizon official updated ROM.

More to update:

Heh... Going into the "help" in opera im able to click hold->send mms/email and it brings it up there... and save the img............................................................... issue is with just online content, cant save/send imgs from google as well
