I Cant access wap/internet on my phone

Hi i have a Samsung M8800 i'm with optus prepaid and i cant get onto the internet, i've called them and they said that phone isnt on their system so they havent got settings for it. Just recently now i have set up my emails on it and it downloads them fine, so surely i am able to access wap also. Can anyone help or suggest something i may be able to do so i can acces the internet, i'm sort of lost without it on my phone thanks, Steven

Last time when I couldn't access internet on my nokia 5310. The techies of the service provider helped me.

But now it seems that the service provider couldn't help you.....

Regarding settings these are a set standard and do not change from device to device, the only thing that does change is how to access the settings on the device.

This forum is for Windows Mobile devices, so not many people here will be able to help you on your device in regards to what buttons you need to press but there should be a systems set up options in the menu.
