imarche Skins Backgroud issue

So does anyone else notice that when you scroll through the SPB3 menuse after instaling the imarch skins that the backround drags with your finger and then snaps back? is there a fix to this?

Don't hold your finger down, just tap and flick, then the background will stay still.
