Pls Help...phone persistently on flight mode

In my omnia the phone is continuously on flight mode.....after several times and methods of change the operating rom and the phone version.......the phone still marking off......with official or cooked rom the phone still in flight mode not responding to trials of changing the sim or the system ...i do 

not know what to do ......pls can you help.

If wlan works but phone won't switch on you bricked your phone part. Send for repair..
