Battery life is bad, but not that bad.

I get sevaral days of standby.

Is your screen going off completely?? If not check the in

Programs->More->Settings->Power Management.

My settings are :-

Backlight timeout should not be "never"

Screen Saver mode should be "Turn off"

What did you use your phone for? If just for making a few calls/sms and maybe a bit of games then yes, 4 hours is a little on the poor side. If you've been looking at videos or playing games where the backlight stays on most of the time then 4 hours is about right for continual usage.

Another thing that has been noted on here (and I've experienced) is that witht he phone on and sat in the cradle it charges as normal but once charged it stops and the battery is used again. Once the phone gets down to a set battery percentage (can't remember what but it is low - 50% ?) then it will start to charge again. If you pick the phone out of the cradle at that point then you don't get a good day out of the battery.

The battery isn't good but you should get at least 24 hours out of it for normal usage from a full charge. The UK update should increase this (the danish update did ;) )

There are quite a few threads on here about the battery life, do a search and see if any of them can help.

Also check that you do not have anything running in the

background like the game tennis etc.

When you finish using your phone press the back button repeatedly

until you stay on the home page. Somtimes exiting apps incorrectly

can mean they are still running without you realizing it.

Check you screensaver is on and the backlight time's out fairly quickly (eg 10 secs on mine)

The DK update has lengthened it so heres hoping for the UK update...
