SMS Problems

Can someone please help me with my sms problems?

Today I sent a message to my wife from Greece to the UK and she is recievinbg the same message every hour on the hour. Is this a telephone problem or operator problem?

I had a problem where my phone froze while sending a text, so I restarted the phone. Afterwards, every time I got a text message, my phone resent that message to the same person. As you could imagine it got really annoying for that person.

A hard reset was the only fix for me. Probably not what you want to hear, but that's all I can offer.
