TouchFlo screen rotate turns alarm off?

Hello,

I have been trying out a few of the custom roms and would like to to settle on one but there is one small problem i am having....when i set my alarm clock and i pick it up when the alarm goes off, if the screen rotates when i pick it up....the alarm switches off, with no option to snooze.

Is there any way to sort this out in the settings somewhere?
