The i8910 (no longer part of the 'Omnia' family) runs Symbian OS... so unless you want a Samsung looking Nokia, steer clear of that one...

Honestly I'd suggest having a look at the newest HTC range. They have a couple of awesome Android phones coming out (most o the functionality of WinMo but with a user interface that doesn't make you want to cap yourself), and a bunch of new WinMo phones that have been HTC-modified to provide a better UI experience.

Just my 2 cents.

Unless you you don't want another WinMo phone, why not consider Omnia II? Very good specs and most bugs of Omnia I seem to be improved or fixed.

right now, i would prefer the i8910HD because i am really pissed with my omnia right now, just not responding as before and as i expected...

the i8910 HD is simple and straight forward, very good specs and it will always stay very fast and responsive...

but on the other hand if u want to stay with win mo just to play around with roms and always try to make it more responsive or just to get more troubles, i would choose the omnia II, but the screen is not so good as the jet ( 65k as compared to 16mil. amoled) also i think the processor in the jet is better in managing processes differently, making it faster and more responsive.

if i were u i would think a lot abt these things and exactly and realistically for what i would need the fone, as they do not some cheap, either of them.

I'm back again, I changed my mind since my first post. I'm trying to choose between the I8910 for the huge specs and the HTC Diamond 2 for the user interface, and windows applications (especially XDA support).

thanks

Hi,

I suggest the I8910. since the Diamond 2 is like the Omnia in terms of battery life. I just bought an I8910 a week ago. And I'm really satisfied with it.
