How do I customize Titanium Colors/Background?

Can someone point me to a thread or so on how to change the theme/colors/background of Titanium? I flashed to a custom rom and I don't really like the colors.. but I can't figure out where to change that at.

Start -> Settings -> Home

That works for the background only in titanium.. but when I hit the start menu or it gets locked (looks like S2U2?) it is the other background again.

Is there a tutorial for customizing (including colors) Titanium?

Come on man, I did a search on Bing for "customize titanium omnia" just to make sure the goodies thread would come up, 2nd hit.
