Port WM6.1 to XIP/SYS 21054 - help needed

Hi,

I am trying to update Qbus - QB06M (I think the best WM6.1 custom rom) to new XIP/SYS 21054.

So far with now luck :) ) Is anybody willing to help me with doing that or posting some tutorial.
