is there a cab to put the lock bars on the bottome of 6.5

I I'm currently using Mr.Capcom Rom. The lock bar on the lock screen is at the top. Is there a cab to put it on the bottom?

if you mean the unlock slider in WinMO 6.5 lock screen, you can edit the xml file (forgot the file name, but search is your freind) to relocate it any where or use any of the lock screen themes available, most of them have the slider at the bottom.
