Since I am deciding on which phone to get, I am wondering if the Android OS works in the same way as WM as in, if the battery is truly flat along with the backup battery (does android actually have a backup?) does this mean you lose all settings and you basically have a hard reset?

No replies? Really? Surely someone can answer?

I must admit this is the most annoying issue I had on older WM phones, thats why I ditch 'em and went for a standard phone. I understand the iPhone is not likr this, but I really want an android phone...this could be a deal breaker..
