Changing Program Icons

Okay, so here's the deal - I really love Resco Contact Manager. It functions great not only for your contacts, but for email, SMS, and as a profile and comm manager. It even allows you to add one-touch shortcuts to any programs you like (it has a very functional today plugin). As someone who likes really simple acccess to weather, I'd like to make one of my shortcuts a link to the MSN weather widget. However - and this is my issue - I don't get the actual MSN weather icon when I place it in RCM. Instead of the icon you see in the "start menu" page, I get some non-descript icon that just looks like a box with a gear on it. Any idea as to how I could change the icon to get something more visually pleasing in the RCM plugin? (If not, I'll just resort back to using the LG date/weather plugin that was ported over)

Find a resource editor and change the icon in the .exe or w/e the executable is
