Yup, greenskeeper from PPCGeeks! It's running fine on my phone. No resolution issues. It does have a couple minor bugs.

Battery drains, but honestly, it's to be expected.

While it's running, ie connected to gps (doin' it's thing), it messes with titanium. The transparent bar on the top will go to a non transparent bar (no biggie). Hitting the end key won't go back to cClock until you select another panel, but then it works until you check the CGPS panel (no biggie). This one is strange, when exiting out of a convo via sms, it'll go the home screen, but the bottom bar for sms stays, hitting end fixes it (more irritating than anything). Once you hit 'close' on the CGPS panel, everything goes back to normal (all bugs disappear).

So in conclusion...

SWEET panel!

i installed this and i am not having similar success. it says its on, but no connections are made and the gps setting in the phone is still on 911 not "location on". any advice?

This doesn't record your location if your phone is in sleep mode, correct? I was just out walking for a few hours and it only recorded two points for me, guessing that's the two times I checked the clock.

It's otherwise a really nice program, it's the only thing other than iGO that reliably gets a GPS signal for me.

I made a new icon for myself since the default one looks ultra ugly to me, especially in the Neo version. I don't know who owns this image so I hope it's okay that I'm sharing it here.

Just replace it with sat.png in your CGPS folder. There's another picture (gps.png) but I have no clue when this icon shows up so I didn't bother with a new one.

I am really enjoying it, too, but I'm wondering if there's any way to change the text it puts in an SMS. . . I'd love to use that feature to update my location into Facebook, but as it is it produces a kinda stupid text.
