Well Its time For a New Thread the other on got to hard to search and manage! I took a few days to myself to think what i wanted to do, So many new Chefs are emerging and a majority of them all have basa or stock rom with none to little customizations or tweaks to help performance, and have the same ole stock titanium home screen. I wanted to give you guys a great rom with everything done for you so you can caoncentrate on helping me make this a Even Better Rom! I have been testing different UI's for the past little while and this to me seems the best for my needs! there isnt much support for this so thats why I decided to take it on.

This is where you the Users come in. I will be asking you to take it upon yourselves on the continuation and devlopment of this, through skinning and adding more useable Panels, I want this to be your own Rom just as much as it is mine! Now On to the Rom!

First, I would like to thank the following people:

This Is a CF03 Based ROM for the SCH-I910. Flashing your device might brick it. I am not the one responsible if you brick your phone since I take no responsibility. Flash at your own risk.

With Adrynalyne going on the tour (HA!LOL) I had issues finding base ROMs that would fit my needs. I believe that a base/lite ROM should have only what is "un.cab-able". There are EXCELLENT Base/Lite ROMS out there, but they are too customized or have HTC apps on them or just have stuff on that I can install on my storage card via .cab (Voice, Office, etc). So I was forced to start making my own ROMs :'(.

THIS ROM WAS BUILD THROUGH WOZZER'S NEW KITCHEN. What a painless experience!

Please keep in mind that this ROM is intended for MY use so it ain't customized like the fancy ones- but it is the ONLY one I know of with the new beta MortScript and with 151MB of free memory you have a LOT of room to make it pretty if you want.

Known Issues:

Sashimi and Makisu issues-

If you don't have Sashimi installed, please install THIS modified version. This version is modified to run with the new mortscript build and to install SC to My Storage. If you have Sashimi installed already please follow the following steps to make it work with the new mortscript and the new WM 6.5 Builds.

-Sashimi SC .cab files will install to memory- not to My Storage. Thanks to nvrmind we now have a solution- Download THIS modified .mscr file and replace the one in Sashimi Folder and it will install to My Storage

-Makisu isn't compatible with the new beta mortscript. Thanks to nvrmind we now have a solution- Download THIS modified .mscr file and replace the one in Makisu Folder and it will run.

Consider this release (23609) a beta version. I think this is a COM4 branch build. I didn't patch the time bomb, not sure there is one, will look into it and update if needed. This is working for me so far without any issues.

What is the difference between the new builds?

1.COM2 this branch has the older UI but is more stable in terms of functionality and I feel like this may be the branch that HTC uses for their upgrade to 6.5 - this branch includes the .5.0.xx aku posibly leading up to 6.5.0.1 - which is made up of the builds 218xx the last build from this branch is 21857.5.0.66

2.COM3 this branch introduces the features from the MSFT development branch that is stable enough to merge with COM2 and starts the experimental development of newer UI code this branch includes the aku of .5.3.0 builds from this branch are 230xx the latest build from this branch is 23053.5.3.0

3.COM4 this branch will merge the stable new UI code with an updated OS code and is the development branch for what some will say is the 6.5.1 builds but according to an article that I read when 6.5 goes public there will be two versions and I believe this branch introduces the development of the higher design for MSFT devices builds from this branch will have an aku of .5.4.0 the latest build from this branch is 23414.5.4.0

I have been a huge fan of everything you make, especially your M2D roms (mostly because of their horizontal orientation), but this rom just looks way to good and has potential to switch me back to titanium, especially if you give us some color changes. Lots of thanks bgill

I have tried all your roms and your 2.6 has been working great. I always trust your work and this new one looks very good and promising. I'm ready to give it a try. I just got a new omnia last night and the first thing I did was installed your 2.6. The only difference with your build’s and the factory ROM is that I find texting a little slower. I was able to compare them since I got my new omnia last night. Is there a way to make texting response faster?
