Solution: Installing Danish Update - Orange Backup Fix

Recommended Posts

To fix the orange backup/restore/update problem do this AFTER installing the update :

Copy the following 5 files into the IPSMWindows Path :

AEU_orange_en.dll

AER_orange_en.dll

AEL_orange_en.dll

AEB_orange_en.dll

AE_en.dll

Please note : Do not copy them into the standard Windows Path. They will be gone when you restart the SPV and your Programs will still not work.

Xanadu,

Because the steps above are the solution to keep the files actually on the smartphone even after a reboot. In the thread you are referring to they were wondering how to keep it on the phone and which files exactly are involved. Well I managed to test it and here is the answer.
