Garmin Mobile XT issues

How are you guys getting garmin mobile xt to sync up with the i910. I already have the firmware I have GPS set to location on I have all the maps installed when I open up garmin it says looking for bluetooth I disable that then it just says gps off and does nothing... am I missing something?

I just took a look and noticed I had version 4.1 so I think thats why it isnt working everyhthing else seemed to be spot on according to that link rafael
