Guest bloodstains Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 i have the i910 with Bgill55 CF03 Roms 6.5.1 build 23060 "Neo 2.0 Alpha" v3.1 loaded i also have a blackberry 8350i from work and my friend has the htc touch both the blackberry and htc get gps locks within a min however my omnia takes 2-5mins for a position lock i do have a program called quickGPS loaded which is suppose to download sat positions from the internet to help with locking speeds. unless this program is causing the slowness i dont understand what the problem is any suggestions? what is the quality of the gps chips that are in the i910? sorry i know this topic has been visited over and over however none of the post i have found have fixed my problem.
