How to Remove WM 6.5 lock screen

Is there any way of removing or disable the WM 6.5 lock?

I use S2U2 and wm lock keep looking my screen along with S2P2

Sure, Start -> Settings -> Personal -> Buttons and tap the Wake up tab and disable "When device is woken up, lock device"

I have just flashed my Omnia i8000 with Secany's Feb 10 ROM. I'm having the issue with the lock screen whereby I hate it. I hate that my phone goes to sleep after a minute or so and I would like to disable both the lock screen and this sleep function altogether.

I installed Smartlock but all it does is replace one lock screen with another.

Hahaha... That's odd, m8! We (6.1 owners) want SO badly this fine & "light" lockscreen of WM6.5s (and we can't have it)... and you asking how to remove it?!

On my Omnia i8000 this solution disables the 6.5 lock screen but replaces it with an old style lock screen that I remember from old versions of WM. How can one disable ANY lock screen from coming up on the phone?

for winmo 6.1 users. you can try the latest s2u2 version. you can make the lockscreen appear like the one below. i am currently on the stock wm6.1 rom.

I do not have this option when I navigate my phone to that location - All I have are three options. Lock Button Only, Any Button, Lock or Power. I do not have an option to untick the lock screen.

try looking for the buttons under settings. it can be under personal or directly under settings. in the buttons, there are a couple of tabs. The tabs are Prgram buttons, Up/down control, etc. Look for the Wake up (rightmost) tab. Uncheck the tick box "When device is woken up, lock device.

Found the solution. Add following register DWORD value and restart:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER > ControlPanel > Keybd

Name: DeviceLockWhenSuspend

Value: 0

Type: DWORD

Many many thanks!!! I've checked all the threads but yours really helped me to disable the annoying LockScreen that my Lite JE3 ROm came with.

I'm surprised how many issues have all this cooked ROMs but with some help, like this, iI can make it trough.

hey guys.....i have a LG GM750....i have installed s2u2 and i want to remove the original lock screen...when i unlock the phone i must remove the s2u2 lock and also the original lock....how can i remove it???
