Screen problem on i900

So I figured out that my screen doesn`t work in lower left corner.. I saw it when I tried to type the message and it didn`t work on few letters, but instead the phone typed the next available (the closest to the "non-working" ones).

I wanna know has anyone had that issue and what might be the solution?

I saw here about the new touch screen, but I am not sure would that fix the problem because maybe something below the screen doesn`t work.

So any help is appreciated.

PS. I don`t have a warrenty on my Omnia so bringing it to the official service center would cost pretty much..

As long as you can see the stuff on the screen, means everything under is working including the lcd. I think you should try a hard reset first incase its a software problem, if the problem persists i would defo recomend buying a new digitizer of ebay or suma, plus the sensitivity ROCKS!

Well, the hard reset didn`t do the trick.. is there anything else before ordering new screen from ebay?

not as far as i know, ime sure its a hardware problem which means it needs replacing because youve hard reseted already.. it shoudl be fixed afta you put a new digitizer on i think.. maybe someone els could help if they know a solution?
