Internal Memory file cannot delete

My Omnia after change mainboard from service centre, it now cannot delete or format everything in the internal 16Gb memory. So no matter how I delete/format/copy file for the internal memory still will automatic reset back...... How???

Need to get back to serice centre and request for the problem?

P/S:My warranty is over.... :)

Try to reflash your phone with format the option.
