Cannot turn speaker on !!!

Hi everyone

I have a problem with video calls. When I receive a video call, I cannot turn the speaker on. I press the speaker icon but it wouldn't turn on.

When I make a video call, the speaker turns on automatically and the is no problem.

weird!! heh?

Is there any solution?

My ROM is WM 6.1 ROM DXIF1 build 21001 from: Khuanchai
