S2U2 hangs on wakeup

Anyone have any issues with S2U2 hanging? It seems to happen only when I've let the phone sit for an extended time. I can't ever get it to hang immediately by turning the screen on and off with the power button.

Details:

- Omnia i910

- Updated official cf03 rom

- SPB Mobile Shell w/ Imarche.net skins

- AEButton Plus mapping the hold End button to lock w/ S2U2

- Settings>>Buttons>>Wake up is set to "Front Button" and Checked "When device is woken up, lock device"

S2U2:

- Originally used DirectDraw, now trying RawBuffer Display Modes. Both have same occasional hangs and no other difference

- Lock when device wakes up: ON

- Lock when screen in Blank: ON

- On wake up, delay start of S2U2: OFF

It works like 80-90% of the time and isn't a HUGE problem but does it enough to be annoying and I'd like to solve the problem. It seems like after I've had the phone in sleep mode for a while (like 30+ minutes) is the only time this will happen. I can never hit the power button off, then back on and have it be frozen.

It always shows me the correct time but I can't use the slider. Its not like its frozen from when it was originally locked, its somewhere/something with it loading the unlock thing.

Any help would be great. I write software, so if you've got any serious technical mumbo jumbo help I'd be glad to hear it! Wasn't sure if I really wanted something like S2U2 but now I love it so any help is much appreciated.

uncheck the "lock when device wakes up" in the buttons settings. its kinda redundant s2u2 is a lock program already. I was able to replicate the issue. I have never had that checked. good day

Ok, I'll give that a try. I didn't have it checked and had read before not to have that checked because as you said it is redundant. But I was having an issue where sometimes I would wake up the phone and it wouldn't be locked(with S2U2 or otherwise). I just recently checked that and things seemed to be better.

I think I was having this problem well before I checked that box, but I'll give it a try. Thanks.

Well so far so good. I've been using my phone all day and it hasn't hung once. I could have sworn it was freezing up before I checked that box, but maybe not.

If it happens again I'll post up here, but for now assume that fixed it.

I've got S2U2 set to blank the screen on connecting to a phone call after under Power>>Blank Screen on Talk. It works at first but after talking for around a minute I'll notice the screen is back on. I can hit power to shut it off, but it will come on again later. I've taken major care not to hit any buttons and make sure it wasn't me and its not.

Under Settings>>Power in windows mobile I've got "Turn off LCD after call has been connected" unchecked so only s2u2 is handling it. Any suggestions on that?

well that is a setting I never had on. I always let windows handle that under the power settings. will go a day with it on and see what happens. good day.
